Co-packing services for powder brands: blend, fill, pack and ship under one roof.
We blend your formula, fill it into sachets, pouches or stick packs, code every pack, and ship it to you or straight to your customers. Runs start at 1,000 units, pricing is published, and the person who quotes your job runs it.

Who we make products for
Dietary supplement brands
Run under 21 CFR 111: master manufacturing records, identity testing on every dietary ingredient lot, QC release of every batch.
Food & drink mix brands
Run under 21 CFR 117: allergen control, test-and-hold Salmonella testing on higher-risk ingredients, lot coding and traceability.
What we do that bigger co-packers won't
- Small runs. 1,000 units is a real job here, not a favor. Big shops often want 35,000 units before they'll call back.
- Tiny fills. 1 g stick packs on a 20 mm stick once our stick pack machine lands, weighed on a lab balance, not guessed.
- Published pricing. The full fee list is on our pricing page. You can pencil out a job before you call.
- The owner runs your job. You talk to Ole, who quotes it, schedules it and signs off on it.
- Test runs. A $750 proof-of-concept run in your real packaging format before you commit to a full order.
- Hand-fill with no machine minimum for gusset bags and small batches, from $1.00 a pouch plus $250 setup.
How a job runs
- Quote. Send product, fill weight, format, units and timeline. You get a written quote with every fee on it.
- Book. Sign the quote and we hold your production date. A 50% deposit and all materials are due 7 days before the run.
- Receive and release. We receive and inspect your ingredients and film, and test where the product type requires it.
- Blend, fill, code. Blended to spec, filled to our net contents policy, lot and date coded, checkweighed.
- Ship or fulfill. Palletized out to you, or stored here and shipped order by order.
Standard turnaround is 30 days from a signed quote to finished product.
Frequently asked questions
What does a co-packer do?
A co-packer (contract packager) makes and packages your product under your brand. You own the formula, label and customers; we blend, fill, seal, code and ship it to your spec.
What is the minimum order at North Lakes Copacking?
$2,750 flat covers up to 5,000 sachets or stick packs, counted across flavors, including machine setup and the run. Above that you pay per unit. Hand fill has no machine minimum.
What powders can you fill?
Dry, free-flowing to moderately fine powders: protein, electrolytes, greens, collagen, creatine, drink mixes, seasonings and similar. Particle size up to 1/8 inch. We don't cook, bake or add water.
Do you source ingredients and packaging?
Yes. Most brands supply their own, but we offer turnkey sourcing led by a procurement chief with 15 years in ingredients. You own everything we buy for you, including leftovers from supplier minimums.
